Girton Spring Ball 2022
Welcome to the absurd world of the Girton Spring Ball! We are so excited to welcome you on Friday 18th March 2022! A link to the ticketing platform can be found here as well as all the information you need for the night. Our vision for the 2022 ball is to revive and celebrate the Girton community after a challenging two years, by way of a fun and responsible full-scale party. The theme of Absurdism perfectly reflects both the strangeness of recent collective experience whilst also celebrating the creativity and light-heartedness of our long history of Spring Balls. As Camus said “The realisation that life is absurd cannot be an end, but only a beginning…”. We mean to start as we mean to go on.
The ticket types can be found below. We hope to welcome Girton students, alumni, guests, staff and the wider Cambridge community.
Standard tickets grant you entry to the what promises to be the best Spring Ball. With a myriad of entertainment for all tastes, Girton Spring Ball is the place to be to see out the end of Lent term.
Queue jump tickets are the same as standard but allow the ticketholder to enter the ball before standard ticket holders do, giving you more time to party the night away.
Tickets will be released in two waves. The first will start on Monday the 22nd of November at 7PM and the second will start on the 29th of November at 7PM.
In the first wave, tickets will be sold to Girton students only. Girton alumni will be able to purchase tickets in the second wave.
Guest tickets will be made available in the second wave, but limited to 2 per member and will have to be purchased via a member of Girton College.
Tickets to the Spring Ball are non-refundable. Please read our full Terms and Conditions before buying.
